How it works.
1. Order
Choose the number of mailboxes and pay through PayPal. You receive an order reference by email.
2. Schedule
A technician emails you to book a remote session. Have a Microsoft 365 global administrator available for it.
3. Report
You receive the written report. If you want help with the recommendations, a monthly plan can take them on.
SCOPE
What it is not.
- It is not incident response. If you think an account is being misused right now, call WeldonPC at 216-475-6000 instead of ordering.
- It does not include buying or changing licenses, or repairing individual computers.
- It is a review and hardening of settings, not an audit or a certification.
- If we cannot start because the tenant cannot be accessed, you get a full refund (see the service terms).
Questions.
How many mailboxes do we have?
Count the licensed user mailboxes in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Shared mailboxes without a license do not count.
Can we order for more than 50 mailboxes?
Yes, but we scope it first. Send us a request.
Is it included in a plan?
Gold plans include the Tune-Up at onboarding. Silver plans keep the security baseline up each month after onboarding.
