PRIVACY NOTICE · UPDATED OCTOBER 17, 2026
Your information.
Handled with care.
Information you share
When you submit a consultation request, this website records your name, email, business name, optional phone number, service interest, and message. WeldonPC uses this information to review and respond to your request and discuss services with you.
Onboarding requests and orders
When you request onboarding, we also record the plan, number of seats and organization type you chose, and we email the estimate to the address you entered. When you order the Microsoft 365 Security Tune-Up, we record the order details and its payment status. Payments are made on PayPal’s website; PayPal tells us whether the payment completed, your name and your PayPal email address. We never receive your card number. Automated rules screen submissions for spam; a held submission is reviewed by staff before anyone is emailed.
Storage and access
Requests are stored on our hosting server, emailed to staff@weldonpc.com, and can be accessed through a password-protected team inbox. Server backups may contain copies. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or sensitive records through this form.
Essential cookies and server logs
The website uses essential session cookies to protect forms and support team sign-in. It sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics services; the only outside service its pages load is the AdEngine banner described under Advertising, which also counts one page view per page as a daily total. Server logs may record IP addresses, requested pages, and request times. A hashed IP identifier is temporarily used to limit abusive submissions and sign-in attempts.
Advertising
The public pages of managedtech.us (home, services, the business and nonprofit pages, about, resources, the conversation starter, pricing and the Microsoft 365 Security Tune-Up page) show one banner ad from AdEngine (adengine.us), the small ad network run by WeldonPC, the company behind this site. For now the ads are for WeldonPC’s own services. The contact, onboarding and order forms, order and thank-you pages, the staff area, this notice and the terms show no ad.
To show an ad, your browser loads a script from adengine.us, asks it for one banner, loads the banner image, and reports once that the page was viewed and once that the banner was shown. Like any website, adengine.us receives your IP address, your browser type and the address of this site with those requests.
- No cookies, no profile. AdEngine sets no cookies, gives you no ID and does not track you from site to site.
- How your IP address is used. adengine.us looks up the approximate city for your IP address in a location database kept on its own server (nothing is sent to anyone else), so that ads meant for one area are shown only there. It also uses the address to count each ad view or click only once and to leave out robots and WeldonPC’s own office traffic. The address is not stored with the counts; the temporary entries made from it expire within six hours and are cleared from the server within two days.
- What is kept. Daily totals only: page views for this site, and views and clicks for each ad. The adengine.us web server also keeps a standard access log (IP address, time, address requested, referring site, browser) for security; it is deleted on a rolling schedule.
- Clicking an ad passes through adengine.us, which counts the click, and then opens the advertiser’s site, which has its own privacy policy.
- Nothing about you is sold or shared.
Questions and requests
To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, contact us and include your request reference if you have one. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. Copies in backups may remain until those backups expire.
