Service terms.

ManagedTech is a managed-service offering from WeldonPC, 5829 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, OH 44125. These terms cover the monthly plans and the Microsoft 365 Security Tune-Up sold on this website. If you sign a written scope or agreement with us, it adds to these terms, and where they differ the written scope applies.

Monthly plans

Plans are priced per seat per month. A seat is one person and up to two computers they use. Plans start at 3 seats. Before anything is billed, we confirm the people, computers and services to cover in a written scope, and you accept it.

Plans are month to month. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice by email. Each seat adds its monthly support hours to one pool for your organization; unused time does not carry over to the next month. Time beyond the pool, and on-site work outside the Gold plan, is billed at $135 per hour in 15-minute increments. Microsoft 365 licenses, hardware and other purchases are not included in the plan price.

First-response times shown on the pricing page are targets within WeldonPC business hours, not guarantees. A service-level commitment exists only if it is written into your scope.

Microsoft 365 Security Tune-Up

The Tune-Up is a fixed-fee remote review and hardening of your Microsoft 365 settings, delivered in a session we schedule with you by email. You need to make a global administrator available. We change settings that affect how people sign in or share only with your approval. You receive a written report.

If you cancel before the session, or we cannot start because the tenant cannot be accessed, we refund the payment in full. After the session has been delivered, the fee is not refundable. The Tune-Up is not incident response, an audit or a certification.

Payments

Online payments are made through PayPal to WeldonPC. We do not receive or store your card number. PayPal tells us the payment status, your name and your PayPal email address. Plan invoices are sent by WeldonPC.
